While taking a few moments to savour Kerry’s third successive Munster Under-20 Football Championship title – two of them under his watch – Tomás Ó Sé didn’t hold back in his scathing criticism of the powers that be in the GAA for what he called the “ridiculous” scheduling of the competition right in the middle of when most of the players are sitting Third-Level exams.

With Kerry having four games now played on successive Wednesday evenings – and an All-Ireland semi-final to come the weekend after next, Ó Sé took the GAA to task.
