WHEELING – River City on Main Street in Wheeling will play host to the 27th Annual Wheeling Celtic Celebration at the Artisan Center this weekend.
There will be food, music and plenty of festivities for the entire family during the festival, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, at 1400 Main St. in downtown Wheeling.
Celebrate Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Gaelic, Breton, Manx, Cornish and other Indo-European cultures with traditional music and dancing, authentic cuisine, Celtic Marketplace wares, craft beers, imported beverages and more.
Admission is $10, and children ages 12 and under will be admitted for free.
Featured entertainment will include performances by the McDonald Pipe Band from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Abbots Cross from 1-3 p.m., Irish Lads from 3-5 p.m., Irish Duo from 5-6 p.m. and Faire May from 6-9 p.m.
Festivities will take place on the third floor of the Artisan Center.
