A viral fitness challenge, 75 Hard, has become a social media sensation, promising to deliver huge results for physical and mental health in just 75 days. But an Irish personal trainer warns that the ‘one-size-fits-all’ programme, while useful, is not suitable for everyone for a variety of reasons.

With more than two billion views on TikTok alone and millions of participants joining in online, the challenge has grown into the latest in a series of viral fitness challenges.
